The December holiday season can be a difficult time. For many people this is a joyful time. For others it can be a time of sadness, stress, anxiety and can be hard to get through. BAC is here for you by offering a holiday free, come as you are space where you do not have to be joyful if you do not feel that way. You can express your feelings without shame or judgment. We hear you this season.
