To become a patient at BAC, please follow the simple steps below!

Step 1:
We charge on a sliding scale of $45-80 for your first visit you choose what you pay each time! Returning visits will be $25-60.
PLEASE NOTE: Prepayment is required to hold your appointment. New patient appointments not paid in full two days before appointment date will be cancelled.
Please prepay for your treatment now to ensure your appointment isn't cancelled. If there is a reason you cannot prepay, please call and talk to our staff.

Once scheduled, you will be emailed an electronic intake form. You can also download our intake form here, or come to your 1st appointment 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
Step 3:
Show up to your first appointment!

Because we are a high volume clinic, we run a pretty tight schedule. Please arrive to your appointment on time.
Take the time to review our cancellation policy. To cancel your first appointment, call us and speak to front desk or leave us a message. If you cancel within our policy window, we would be happy to credit you for a future first visit or refund your payment.
Our cancellation policy
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice, or are missed altogether, are responsible for the corresponding minimum fee on our sliding scale.

We aim to provide affordable acupuncture services in a community setting, serving everyone in the community regardless of their income. If you are unable to pay the cancellation fee, please let us know.
