Volunteer With BAC!

Your clinic is sustained by dedicated volunteer members who see the value of community healing and wish to invest their time to help your clinic be sustainable for all! This is why we call them fairies! They are truly magical. Without their commitment, we would not be able to continue to offer affordable acupuncture to the community. Would you like to join our team of super awesome volunteers?

We have front desk fairies, laundry fairies, cleaning fairies and back-up fairies. To join team fairy, we ask that you love love love community acupuncture and have at least 5 treatments under your belt.

Here are the available positions:

Cleaning Volunteer:

Every other weekend

We are looking for a volunteer to come in every other weekend morning after 3pm to keep our community space tidy. Cleaning takes about 1.5 hours and includes: vacuuming, swiffer mopping, disinfecting, light dusting, and bathroom cleaning.

Front Desk Volunteer:

Every Sunday 10am-2pm

Starting in November

Duties include being a welcoming and friendly presence for our community, orienting patients to the clinic, answering calls, taking payments, and scheduling appointments. Front desk volunteering may be a good fit for you if you:

• feel comfortable with technology

• love organization

• have attention to detail

• enjoy connecting with people
