Upon logging in to OpenAcu, you'll want to select "Nampa Location" from the drop down menu and use the calendar to select the Wednesday or Friday you would like to book your appointment.

Expanding into Nampa has been a goal for us for many years. We are grateful to partner with Teresa & Nicole of 2C Yoga to make this dream a reality!

Treatments at BAC Nampa will be in comfy zero-gravity chairs. We will have blankets, ear plugs, cough drops, and heat lamps to keep you warm!

Parking on the street is free. There is also a free parking garage next to Nampa Public Library with access off 3rd St.

BAC-Nampa Helpful Tips

Here are some suggestions to make our Nampa location more cozy during your next acu-nap:

• Grab a blanket when you walk in! The A/C at 2CYoga is a powerful one, so when it flips on it's a good idea to have a cover to help you stay warm.

• Drown out the sounds around you. If you need help relaxing into your own little bubble, bring headphones to listen to your own music or snag some ear plugs - we put them in a little basket by the blankets.

• Need help getting in or out of the zero-gravity chairs? Don't hesitate to ask your acupunk! We would be happy to give you hand.

Waived New Patient Fee

We are looking for front desk coverage in Nampa on Fridays from 1pm-5pm starting immediately.

Front desk volunteering may be a good fit for you if you:

• have attention to detail

• enjoy connecting with people
