2019 Recap, January Special & Closures

2019 was a big year for Boise Acupuncture Co-op!

This year you helped us raise money for Center for Global Health and Healing, The Florence Project and Sustain US. You also helped us donate 132 meals to Idaho Food Bank. Your acu-punks gave over 1,800 free treatments as a part of our monthly specials and community outreach. At the clinic, we gave free treatments to furloughed workers, teachers, nonprofit employees, and POCA members. We also gave free treatments at Thrive Chiropractic, the Idaho State Capitol, Hyde Park Street Fair, JUMP Boise, and Collective Thriving. Your clinic was featured in a local podcast, You Know The Place. Your clinic won top 3 statewide and best in Treasure Valley in the Specialty Medicine Category of Idaho's Best! Your acu-punks organized and taught a professional acupuncture continuing education event - the first in the Treasure Valley for over 20 years! You helped us welcome Lori to the community. We are now open 7 days a week! We hired Linda and Diane, two of our long-time volunteers, as part-time front desk employees. Our volunteer crew of 25 dedicated souls helped to make all of this happen.

Your commitment to BAC is the reason we are able to reach so many people in our diverse community. Thanks for choosing community acupuncture, thanks for keeping our recliners full, thanks for spreading your love of acupuncture to 1,491 new people this year. We couldn't have accomplished any of this without you!
