By combining the healing vibrations of sound bath and the harmonizing power of acupuncture, we will experience a group journey into relaxation and restoration.
Gretchen will be co-facilitating our very first acu-sound experience by selecting points to align your body with the Fall Equinox - focusing on the Lung and Large-Intestine organ systems, supporting the immune system, and facilitating the release of that which is no longer serving us. Pogo Saito is a sound bath musician and intuitive energy worker who uses tongue drums, singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, rainstick and her own voice, to take clients on a journey that begins on a micro level and expands into vastness. We have a capacity of 12 people for this event, so reserve your rest soon!
